  • Freight delivery is curbside unless otherwise arranged.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Because our furniture is handcrafted and often custom-made, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
