All Zorka Furniture products are made to order specifically for you. We take pride in the quality of our work and ensure that every piece meets the highest standards. Please read our updated return and exchange policy carefully:

Made-to-Order Production

Every item from Zorka Furniture is custom-made and cannot be canceled or returned once the order is confirmed. Please double-check all order details before placing your purchase.

Damages During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, you may request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery. To do so, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

  2. Email the photos and a brief description of the issue to zorkafurniture@yahoo.com

  3. Include your order number and delivery date.

Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution—replacement, repair, or refund.

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to damage (e.g., change of mind or incorrect selection).

  • We strongly encourage inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.
