Shipping Policy

At Zorka Furniture, every piece is made to order with great care and craftsmanship. Because of this, our shipping times and methods are slightly different from traditional retailers. Production & Processing Time All of our furniture is handcrafted and custom-made. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production. Once your order is complete, we will carefully package and prepare it for shipping. Shipping Methods We offer standard and freight shipping options depending on the size and weight of your order. Standard Shipping: For smaller items, we ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Freight Shipping: For larger items like benches, reception desks, or lounge chairs, we use trusted freight carriers. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. If you have a large custom order or special shipping request, please contact us before placing your order. Delivery Time Delivery typically takes: 2–5 business days for East Coast U.S. destinations 5–10 business days for other regions in the continental U.S. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. International Shipping We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada. For international inquiries, please reach out to us directly at zorka. Shipping Damage We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to find the best solution — whether a replacement, repair, or refund. Questions?
