Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Information
At Zorka Furniture, every piece is made to order with exceptional care and craftsmanship. Because of this, our shipping times and methods differ from traditional retailers.
Production & Processing Time

  • All of our furniture is handcrafted and custom-made.

  • Please allow 2–5 weeks for production.

  • Once your order is complete, we will carefully package and prepare it for shipping.

Shipping Methods
We offer different shipping options depending on the size and weight of your order:

  • Standard Shipping
    Smaller items are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.

  • Freight Shipping
    Larger pieces — such as benches, reception desks, or lounge chairs — are shipped with trusted freight carriers.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • For large custom orders or special shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery after shipping:

  • 2–5 business days → East Coast (U.S.)

  • 5–10 business days → Other regions in the continental U.S.

  You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada.

  • For other international inquiries, please contact us directly at zorka.

Shipping Damage
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the damage.

  3. We’ll work with you to arrange the best solution — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
