At Zorka Furniture, every piece is made to order with exceptional care and craftsmanship. Because of this, our shipping times and methods differ from traditional retailers.
Production & Processing Time

All of our furniture is handcrafted and custom-made.

Please allow 2–5 weeks for production.

Once your order is complete, we will carefully package and prepare it for shipping.
Shipping Methods
We offer different shipping options depending on the size and weight of your order:

Standard Shipping
Smaller items are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. -
Freight Shipping
Larger pieces — such as benches, reception desks, or lounge chairs — are shipped with trusted freight carriers.
Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

For large custom orders or special shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery after shipping:

2–5 business days → East Coast (U.S.)

5–10 business days → Other regions in the continental U.S.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping Damage
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the damage.

We’ll work with you to arrange the best solution — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
