WOOD
Materials That Speak for Themselves
At Zorka Furniture, we work with carefully selected wood materials chosen for strength, stability, and architectural clarity. Our primary materials include Baltic birch plywood, Spartan plywood, solid oak, and birch wood. For tabletops and work surfaces, we use solid wood slabs from various hardwood species, selected for their durability, natural grain, and premium appearance. This allows us to create tabletops with a distinctive character while maintaining structural reliability. These materials enable us to craft custom wooden furniture with precision, expressive details, and long-term performance for both residential and commercial interiors.
FABRIC
Waterproof Oxford Fabric For Our Pillows
We use high-quality oxford fabric for our pillows. Oxford fabric is a strong, durable, and water-resistant material that is commonly used in the production of bags, backpacks, and outdoor gear. Its sturdy texture and resistance to wear and tear make it an ideal choice for products that need to withstand heavy use. The importance of waterproofing in outdoor leisure fabrics cannot be overstated. It provides protection and comfort to the wearer by keeping the fabric dry in wet weather. Our pillows are filled with premium hypoallergenic polyester fiber, which make them soft and comfortable for seating.
COATING
Natural, Protective Finishes For Lasting Beauty And Durability
To protect against ultraviolet radiation and moisture, as well as for decorative purposes, we use a specialized finish based on Allbäck linseed oil wax. Allbäck Linseed Oil Wax is crafted from purified linseed oil, beeswax, and natural pigments, making it a highly versatile finish suitable for conditioning and protecting all absorbent surfaces. It can be applied to wood, concrete, brick, slate, furniture, floors, matte painted surfaces, and more. You can even create custom shades by mixing different colors. This finish provides an elegant, water-repellent, silky-matte surface.
